The genuine hospitality and professionalism of the frontline staff, especially the reception team and Kempinski’s signature Ladies in Red, truly stood out. They were warm, patient, and consistently helpful throughout my stay, even when circumstances were less than ideal. The hotel’s location on the Red Sea is beautiful, and when the view aligns with expectations, the setting is undeniably stunning. The property itself has great potential, and certain moments—like the sunset and the peaceful ambiance of the pool area—hinted at the luxurious experience Kempinski is known for.

Mr Bansermer the general manager and his team went out their way to ensure our stay was extra special. There was a issue with the first room, that was expertly dealt with by the team. Even during fasting hours we was given a welcome drink. The sauna and steam room where turned on especially for me in the early morning. The buffet was excellent

Kempinski Review Pure luxury – here, service and warmth are top priorities. Every wish is fulfilled, making it a truly valuable hotel with highly trained staff. The reception was very warm and friendly. At the extensive breakfast buffet, every wish is fulfilled, and by the pool there is excellent service. The hotel is very modern and spacious, equipped with the latest technology. Thanks 🙏

Clean beach , amazing staff - specially Mr. Almalki on reception. And all his colleagues they were professional, polite and kind. The room is really quiet and clean. Will come back to the resort for sure.
